Fineman West is Growing: Roger Ramos and Kenny Tse Join the Team

Fineman West is pleased to announce the addition of Business Management Account Manager Roger Ramos and Tax Manager Kenny Tse to its growing team.

Ramos manages the day-to-day business management of high-net-worth entertainment clients, including leading all financial reporting, managing payroll, creating budgets and income projections, and serving as a liaison for all the client’s trusted advisors. Formerly with Tri Star Sports & Entertainment, Ramos brings a wealth of knowledge in business management, process improvement and is fluent in Spanish. He is also a notary public, allowing him to assist clients with trusts, loans, deeds, affidavits and more.

Kenny brings more than a decade of experience in tax from top CPA firms and a prominent Los Angeles wealthy family office to Fineman West. Prior to joining Fineman West, he worked as the Tax Manager at a wealthy family office where he handled all tax-related matters for the family. His experience includes Federal and Multi-State tax compliance and consulting as well as tax planning for businesses, trusts, foundations and high net worth individuals. Kenny is also an Enrolled Agent, who is a federally authorized tax practitioner empowered by the U.S. Department of Treasury. He serves as the Board Member of the Los Angeles chapter of Enrolled Agent and is a seasoned volunteer of the Tax Help Day program. He earned his Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and Certificate in Financial Management for the Family Office from Pepperdine University. Originally from Hong Kong, He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. He enjoys assisting taxpayers to answer questions on a wide variety of tax topics and is active in volunteering at various charitable organizations.
