Kenny Tse brings nearly two decades of accounting experience to his client engagements. He provides tax compliance and consulting services with regard to federal, state, multi-state, local and international taxation for businesses, trusts, foundations and high-net worth individuals. He has extensive expertise serving clients in closely held and family-owned companies, entrepreneurial owners and executives. He is an Enrolled Agent (EA) with the Internal Revenue Service, which is the highest credential by the agency, he is empowered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury as a federally authorized tax practitioner.

Prior to joining Fineman West, Kenny was with a wealthy and prominent family office in Los Angeles for over 7 years where he oversaw all tax-related matters such as tax planning, projection, preparation and review for the family. He began his career in public accounting at a big 4 CPA firm. Additionally, he has held senior tax positions with top CPA firms and mentored junior staff in tax preparation.

Kenny is an active member of the National Associate of Enrolled Agents and the California Society of Enrolled Agents, including being a board member of the CSEA’s Los Angeles Chapter. He is a seasoned volunteer for programs that provide free tax preparation assistance to lower income taxpayers and free advices on a wide variety of tax topics.

Originally from Hong Kong, Kenny is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
